Southeast Asian heads of state will head to the Cambodian capital on Friday for the annual Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit.
United States President Joe Biden will join them in Phnom Penh, to help find common ground on regional issues.
But disagreement over Myanmar threatens to cause division.
