Brazil election: Black voters could determine run-off winner

Brazil has one of the largest Black populations outside of Africa and has long painted itself as a racism-free country.
But some Black voters single out incumbent President Jair Bolsonaro’s policies and prior statements as racist.
In Sunday’s tight presidential run-off, their vote could determine the winner.
