Indonesia football stampede: Many police officers under investigation

Investigators are looking into Indonesia’s stadium disaster, which left 125 people dead, including 32 children, in Malang, East Java.
The city’s police chief and some top officers have been removed from their roles.
Meanwhile, victims’ families are left grasping for answers and clamouring for accountability.
