N Ireland talks: Political deadlock taking toll on public services

Northern Ireland’s top politicians are set to meet for a new round of talks on Tuesday, to end their political deadlock.
The region’s executive has not functioned since an election in May.
Its elected assembly has not been sitting due to a boycott by the biggest pro-British unionist party, the DUP.
Lack of a functioning government is having enormous detrimental impact on Northern Ireland’s public services.

Al Jazeera’s Paul Brennan reports from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
