Russia’s parliament ratifies annexation of four Ukrainian regions

Russia’s Parliament has approved the annexation of four regions in Ukraine.
The legislation will now go to the Kremlin for a final stamp of approval
But Russian forces have been struggling to hold Ukrainian regions they want to annex.
President Vladmir Putin says the territory belongs to Russia. But he may struggle to hold onto it.
