British Prime Minister Liz Truss has admitted she should have “laid the ground better” to avoid the turmoil her mini-budget created in the international currency and bond markets.
On the first day of the annual Conservative Party Conference, Truss insisted she was confident her tax-cutting package will boost economic growth.
