Ukrainian villagers on the frontline refuse to leave their homes

At least 13 people have been killed in a Russian attack – in the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia.
Ukrainian officials say Russian forces shelled residential areas overnight.
And despite the devastation surrounding them, with buildings burnt or riddled with bullet holes and the constant noise of shelling in the background, some still refuse to leave their homes.

Al Jazeera’s Hoda Abdel-Hamid from the Ukrainian village of Stepnohirsk, were she went to meet some of the people living nearest the frontline.
